A 4-post motor-and-chain drive underground parking lift that eliminates hydraulic fluid entirely from the pit environment — critical for sites above groundwater tables, habitable spaces, or where environmental regulations prohibit oil underground. The 4-post frame provides superior lateral stability versus 2-post alternatives, and optional hot-dip galvanizing ensures a corrosion-free service life.
